Lyrics:
It's our party we can do what we want
It's our party we can say what we want
It's our party we can love who we want
We can kiss who we want
We can sing what we want

It's our party we can do what we want
It's our party we can say what we want
It's our party we can love who we want
We can kiss who we want
We can sing what we want

Red cups and sweaty bodies everywhere
Hands in the air like we don't care
'Cause we came to have so much fun now
Bet somebody here might get some now

If you're not ready to go home
Can I get a "Hell, no!"? (Hell no)
'Cause we're gonna go all night
'Til we see the sunlight, alright

So la da di da di
We like to party
Dancing with Molly
Doing whatever we want
This is our house
This is our rules

And we can't stop
And we won't stop
Can't you see it's we who own the night?
Can't you see it's we who 'bout that life?

And we can't stop
And we won't stop
We run things, things don't run we
Don't take nothing from nobody
Yeah, yeah

It's our party we can do what we want
It's our party we can say what we want
It's our party we can love who we want
We can kiss who we want
We can sing what we want

To my home girls here with the big butt
Shaking it like we at a strip club
Remember only God can judge ya
Forget the haters 'cause somebody loves ya
And everyone in line in the bathroom
Trying to get a line in the bathroom
We all so turned up here
Getting turned up, yeah, yeah

So la da di da di
We like to party
Dancing with Molly*
Doing whatever we want
This is our house
This is our rules

And we can't stop
And we won't stop
Can't you see it's we who own the night?
Can't you see it's we who 'bout that life?

And we can't stop
And we won't stop
We run things, things don't run we
Don't take nothing from nobody
Yeah, yeah

It's our party we can do what we want
It's our party we can say what we want
It's our party we can love who we want
We can kiss who we want
We can sing what we want

It's our party we can do what we want to
It's our house we can love who we want to
It's our song we can sing if we want to
It's my mouth I can say what I want to
Say yeah, yeah, yeah, ehh

And we can't stop, yeah
And we won't stop, oh
Can't you see it's we who own the night?
Can't you see it's we who 'bout that life?

And we can't stop
And we won't stop
We run things, things don't run we
Don't take nothing from nobody
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, ehh

Every summer season, fans of Armin van Buuren hold their breath for two magical words to drop: Universal Religion. The compilation series, going strong since 2004, is a favourite amongst those into quality electronic dance music. This year, the fifth Chapter of the beloved series has landed, recorded live during Armin's sets in club Space on party-island Ibiza.

The Dutchman breathes music, and has been at it for more than 15 years. A lot has happened since the release of Universal Religion Chapter 4 in the summer of 2009. His fourth artist album 'Mirage' saw the light of day, along with the accompanying 'Armin Only -- Mirage' world tour. The 10 year anniversary and 500th episode of his A State of Trance radio show was celebrated with 5 events across 5 different continents, divided over 5 weeks. All events were broadcast live, uniting millions of listeners, sharing their passion for music. Another exciting new happening in his musical career, is his residency in the world-famous club Space on Ibiza.

Armin van Buuren honours tradition and gives it a new spin at the same time. Universal Religion Chapter 5 presents two special live recordings from his gigs at Space. Let your senses be taken by exclusive tunes and remixes, feel the vibrant energy of the crowd and enjoy Armin's unrivalled mixing skills, as he introduces you to a new, musical Chapter. Not only does Universal Religion Chapter 5 indulge you with 2 brand new Armin van Buuren remixes, a new Gaia production and Armin's 'Brute' collab with Ferry Corsten, it also takes you in with the beats of BT, Shogun, Ashley Wallbridge, Paul Oakenfold, Alexander Popov, Daniel Kandi, Re:Locate vs Robert Nickson, Andy Moor, John O'Callaghan and many more.

The cover of this new Universal Religion Chapter was created by Dutch artist Joseph Klibansky. His art is known and shown in galleries all around the globe. Klibansky creates large-scale, idealistic digital paintings that are built up through hundreds of layers of photography enriched with acrylic paint. Armin asked Klibansky to create a special version of one of his artworks, for 'Universal Religion Chapter 5'. For this collaboration, Klibansky created a dreamy image of infinite, hidden details, blending past and future, challenging your perception. This piece of art will also be shown in his 'New Urban Wonderland' exhibition. It complements the many effects that music can have on its listeners, and that's exactly what appeals Armin so much.

LYRICS - LIFELINE

LIKE A FALLEN ANGEL
FEATHERS IN THE AIR
OUTSTANDING GREATNESS
BUT WHISPERS IN DESPAIR
LIKE A LONELY EAGLE
SOARING THROUGH THE SKY
DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU
PULL YOU THROUGH THE GROUND

I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
GIVE ME A LIFE SIGN
GIVE ME THE WARMTH OF YOUR HAND
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
IF IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF IT THEN?

LIKE A LONELY RANGER
RUNNING THROUGH THE NIGHT
ANOTHER STRANGER
YOU GAMBLE OR YOU FIGHT
THROUGH DUST AND OCEAN
FAULTS IN OUR STARS
SILENT ECHOES
SHADOWS IN THEIR HEARTS
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
GIVE ME A LIFE SIGN
GIVE ME THE WARMTH OF YOUR HAND
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
IF IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF IT THEN?
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF IT THEN?
.....
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
GIVE ME A LIFE SIGN
GIVE ME THE WARMTH OF YOUR HAND
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
GIVE ME A LIFE SIGN
GIVE ME THE WARMTH OF YOUR HAND
.....
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND
GIVE ME A LIFE SIGN
GIVE ME THE WARMTH OF YOUR HAND
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE
I THROW YOU A LIFELINE, MY FRIEND

Taylor Swift 2024 Eras Megamix / Review 11 Albums (A 150 Songs Mashup Made By Chinese Swiftie)

What if I told you I'm back?
This line from the song "The Alchemy" in the TTPD album seems to symbolize the re-start of Taylor's The Eras Tour.
I used this lyric at the beginning, which can be regarded as a greeting to everyone, I'm back.
The subtitles are hand-typed, so please forgive me for any mistakes.
This mashup actually overlaps with the annual mashup released last year in some parts. It can be regarded as a integration version (plus TTPD). Thank you very much to everyone who can listen to the end!
The theme of each part can be understood as follows:

I resurgence (1989 theme)
You are going through an important transition period, and you are trying to make some major changes that will affect your career or life. Every time you return, it can be like the revival of all things in spring. The fear and anxiety caused by indecision before are all blown away by the wind. Then you put on the sunglasses in your bag and tell yourself: You are the most fashionable and successful, and you can do it.

II infuriation (reputation+folklore theme)
Who hurt you? Is it the betrayal of someone you trust, or the uninvited scrutiny, or the topics we always talk about: sexism, slut-shaming?
Or, when you thought you had met the love of your life, he/she told you that you had been a mistress without knowing it?
In any case, vent your anger and hatred, you did nothing wrong.

III cherisher (Lover theme)
You don't need to forgive, and you don't need to let go.
But you need to let yourself go, focus on the present, and look forward to the future.
So, this is why love exists.
When you love yourself enough, you can also feel the sincere love of others, and you can fight back more firmly and bravely against those who hate you. After all, karma is a kitten, just remember it loves you very much.

IV immatureness (Debut+Fearless theme)
Hi! This is your middle school years!
Your diary or mobile phone memo is the one who knows most of your little thoughts. Have you fallen in love with someone recently? Or are you looking at yourself in the mirror, and you are a little anxious about your appearance? Relax and feel that everyone around you is cooler than you. It is inevitable at this stage.
Don't forget to find the right direction for yourself, your original intention and dream, and the city you want to go to in the future. Those may be more important than your interpersonal relationships in middle school.

V unreserve (Speak Now theme)
Perhaps in love, you are never the passive one, but the other person seems to be an avoidant personality, so you are always on the verge of quarrels and collapse.
No one can save anyone, and you don't need to feel guilty for leaving him/her. Your honesty and straightforwardness deserve better people.
Go find the person who makes you run towards him/her without hesitation.

VI reminiscence (Red+TTPD Theme)
The autumn wind is bleak, and you have been trapped in the swamp of emotions and memories recently, like a forest with no exit.
A certain unequal relationship, someone is always manipulating you mentally, and these things make you unable to forget for a long time.
And you can't withdraw, and you can't get out.

VII eternity (Evermore+Midnights theme)
The painful past will eventually be washed away by time.
When you look back on the journey you have taken, you are actually proud that you have made it.
You are really great. Believe that the ending is created by yourself.
Break those ancient legends of fate, smash those gender stereotypes, and create your own immortality.

Lyrics

(VERSE 1)

its time I let you go
I made the mistake
of writing your name on my heart
'cause your colours showed
but it was too late
you left me stained
called it art
do you crave control?
I’ve been your doll
that you poke for fun
for too long
so you should go
don’t look back
I won’t come back
can’t do that no more

(CHORUS)

go get your praise from someone else
you did a number on my health
my world is brighter by itself
and I can do better, do better
you and I were swaying on the ropes
I found my footing on my own
I’m A-OK, I’m good as gold
and I can do better, do better alone
(oh, oh, oh, oh)

(VERSE 2)

there ain’t no love ‘round here
I loved you once, but it made me dumb
now I’m seeing it way too clear
you hurt me numb and for that I’ve run out of time
to have pain to feel
I’ve been your game
just taking the blame
for too long
get on out of here
don’t look back
I won’t come back
cant do that no more

(CHORUS)

(BRIDGE)

don’t you know that you’re bad for me
I gotta trust my lonely
don’t you know that you’re bad for me
I gotta trust my lonely
don’t you know you’re no good for me
I gotta trust my lonely
don’t you know you’re no good for me
I gotta trust my lonely

(CHORUS)

The meaning behind this song is basically that life always present opportunities, but the choice to engage and to do the work will always be up to us. To make that seed grow into bloom takes dedication, patience, love & trust. It doesn't happen over a night, but every night is one step closer. Sometimes we have to start all over with a new mindset, a new direction, that is OK. It is how we deal with the situations that defines us and shines through in colors.
Love, Julia

LYRICS - La Vie-
