Lindsey Stirling - Master of Tides (Official Music Video)

2026. Never gets old! This was my first video several years back that showed me violins are not boring. I always revisit. I Love Lindsey!

2026 anyone?

0:54 Janitor being huh whats happening??

Still listening in 2025 😁 who's with me ???

from the first time i saw Lindsey Sterling play the violin, It just blew my mind. She is one of the most talented, beautiful, and amazing people to ever see. She is amazing and had the most amazing heart.

How peaceful it was in 2014 😢

2025 anyone ❤

Wow Linsey you are the fairy of the violin!!!!Amazing with everything you touch❤thans a lot for your music😉

I cannot believe I forgot all about Lindsey! I haven't listened to her in a long time! so glad I rediscovered her!

9 years!!! Its been 9 years since i last saw this gem of a video!!

2024 and still i listen this amazing song. ❤ Who with me? 😅

it;s been 8 years.. but I'm still getting goosebumps... thank you for this masterpiece,,

I think the most Amazing aspect of Lindsey is she does her own choreography and it is second to none in show business, Incredible stuff.

i cant believe ive been listening to her since i was in 3rd grade, or earlier. im in 10th grade and she still makes me just as passionate about violin. her style is so unique, and ill always love it

She played this at her concert in Saratoga Springs! It was one of my favorite parts because of how interactive it was. She had us clap and cheer to vote what happened on stage! Everyone voted "pick Lindsey's pocket" instead of sweep the deck. We voted to search for treasure instead unsteadily home. We voted to sword fight instead of the other option that I can't remember off the top of my head. I wanted to vote "Make Lindsey Captain" but I think I was so delayed and entranced by the music that I couldn't find the right cue to clap at for that choice and they chose mutiny. Overall, it was an AWESOME experience. She was very lovely and wonderful. She had her whole crew hold hands and they collectively bowed at the very end. Something rare to see with singular performing artists. I love her work

“You have to choose ONE, violinist, or a dancer?”

Lindsey, “yes”

What I love about this is Lindsey has been like "Here, have a free artistic masterpiece"

Amazing!

The best part of her performance is that not only she plays the violin but also potraits the toughest dance moves in a beautiful way

Steampunk Pirates my favorite Pirate!

Imagine how many kids in the crowd demanded violin lessons after that

Lindsey: FLEXIN
the audience: VIBING
the cameraman: WET

To quote a backup dancer: "I hope the audience liked it, cuz that water was freezing!"

The way she dances while playing and doesn't miss a beat is amazing

Not easy dancing in water, so much could've gone wrong. Amazing performance.

Not sure if I’m more jealous of them seeing Lindsey, or being able to gather in crowds

Zeus: RELEASE THE KRAKEN
**Lindsey appears**
Zeus: RETREAT!! SHE HAS A VIOLIN

nobody gonna talk about how the trident timed perfectly with the water in the back? 2:37

Pirates of the carrabian: *RETREAT! SHE HAS A VIOLIN*

Edit: HOLY SHI* I DIDNT EXPECT THIS MANY LIKES 😲

Many years passed, this is still one of my favourite.

Who's watchin' this masterpiece in 2020?

Imagine walking to work when a spontaneous master piece of a song comes on and your late because of the awesomeness? I wouldn’t care what my boss said, I would stay for the whole thing. I love Lindsey.

Imagine seeing this on a Friday night shopping spree... these people are literally dancing ON the waters of the fountain in the unsuspecting audience's local outlet mall. Now, a violinist who can play dubstep violin music while dancing in a fountain?

... keep it up, Lindsey Stirling, 'cause I know the world has yet to see the best of your awe-striking talent. <3

Love what she can do without uttering a single word .

That talent show judge is eating his words right about now.

This song should be in the Pirate of carribbean

Lindsey's view numbers are pretty unreal. I'm happy for her.

When you realize “You’re not untalented, but you’re not good enough to get away with flying through the air and trying to play the violin at the same time.” was the source of motivation and ambition...

Whenever I feel sad or demotivated I go to my bed, lie down, put in my headphones, turn the volume all the way up and listen to this exactly once. No matter how bad it was (sometimes it gets really really bad) just listening to this once just makes me so incredibly and thoroughly happy that I almost start crying. I don't know why this is and I don't care I just hope that she never stops making music

It's amazing. She is actually capable of telling a story with just her body and her violin. No lyrics needed, no heavy props, no editing on this video (was live). Still you are able to tell how the story goes. Just amazing.

i was 1 of the closest people who happens to stand there. And oh boy does the music makes you want to close your eyes !!!

Since i got water splash all over my faces for every 2 seconds

who else wished you were there to see Lindsey on the spot..

Let me edit, Who else washed to sea Lindsey on the spot? (Did you notice the water reference?)

*Thanks for the likes guys!*

Remember when she was on a talent show and was told she probably shouldn't dance while playing. Well look at her now. Successful making great music and dancing all over the place.

Lindsey, the captain of a ship, runs into some sirens, but she plays the violin and saves her crew. Then Neptune shows up but they survive the storm, so he summons a Kraken. Lindsey knocks Neptune of the ship, then they use music and fire to defeat the beast.
That's what i saw. Hope you enjoy!

Although I love Lindsey, I have to put credit where it's due for all the technical support that went into this performance. a fountain that turns into a stage? that either took hours of building/planning or it was already ingrained in the layout of the fountain. and the water moves in time to the music. O.o.

My favorite part of her videos is not so much the choreography but u can see the love and passion on her face when she plays. And I find myself smiling to myself. Thank u for bringing this to us Lindsey :)

I wish she were more popular than Miley Cyrus, Justin Beiber (I don't care if I spelled his name wrong)and Katy Perry. she has more talent than all of them combined!

I guess you could say the choreography was... _fluid_.

You know, this is why I love the human race. Despite the fact that we are destroying ourselves, and that our system is completely illogical, these musicians and artists...these amazing people who do incredible things to make people smile, they are why I live everyday. They are what is beautiful about us humans. :)

I can imagine her being a video game character with different costumes to play powerful songs that alter the area around her and conjure friendly spirits for a helping hand
