"I gotta trust my lonely" hits hard lately. Lately I've been feeling lonely with the people I love and its draining especially trying to stay in touch while I'm at my most vulnerable and need the love and support so badly. But all I get is I'm trying way to hard and I'm coming off annoying and desperate so I know I have to learn to appreciate myself and give myself the love I seek. Because at the end of the day the pain I feel alone is less than pain I feel trying to connect with my love ones.

I spent my whole twenties to a man 10yrs older than me. I'm just now finding my footing.
