My ex sent me the lyrics to this song in 2015 after she broke up with me. We couldn't stay together mainly because of religious differences. She was Christian, and I'm an atheist. Her family hated me even though they never met me. They just knew I was an atheist, and based on that, they hated me off the bat. Her family threatened to cut her off, and they did because of it. They told her if she left me, they would bring her back in; they stopped helping her with money, they cut her out of the medical insurance, you name it. I hadn't heard this song until after she sent me those lyrics, and it definitely hurt, not gonna lie.

We need music like this back.

It takes a lot of courage to walk away from something that you know isn't gonna work. It's selfless to say "I'd rather move on than hurt you." ,than to stay for your own benefit knowing you're gonna hurt someone. To me,that's commendable.

I remember how much I loved my ex gf. Loved her like no other. Yet she was not at my maturity level and often was disrespectful and verbally abusive due to previous relationships she had been in. I did everything I could to make it work but I realized she needs to work on herself. So I had to walk away even though I truly loved her. I learned you can't love someone else unless you love yourself. The day she loves herself I hope she finds someone who treats her like I did and she treats that man better than she treated me.

Relationship is just like an glass if it breaks then it can't be joined again, And if it is joined again then it will not be stronger as it was at first. That's what life teaches us.😢

It's sad when we have to let go of people, because we realise that we can never be what they want us to be, or we realise that they can never be what we want them to be. So you end up having nothing to do with that person for the rest of your life. So sad.

I just realized how gorgeous Kelly Clarkson is. She is modest, yet sexy. She is so classically beautiful.

I believe people who have the courage to let go when they know it's the right choice display a great sense of true emotional understanding. It takes a lot of character to do what's right. If a relationship isn't healthy for BOTH people, you should end the relationship!
